• I acknowledge that by participating in We xcape games, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  • When using We xcape services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions.
  • I agree that all game details of We xcape are trade secrets that are protected by the Intellectual Property Laws under the Uniform Trade Secrets Act (UTSA). I shall keep any information obtained confidential. No use, copy, distribution, public display or creation of any derivative work thereof is permitted. We xcape reserves all rights to take legal actions against any infringement.
  • I understand that We xcape games are not recommended to expectant mothers, and those with heart conditions, hypertension, claustrophobia or similar conditions. I agree not to hold We xcape, its directors and employees liable for any injury, death, damage, loss or inconvenience arising from any accidents.
  • I agree to use the facilities in We xcape with care. All We xcape games are recorded and may be used as evidence to seek compensation by law for any deliberate attempt to cause damage of the tools, equipment and layout. We xcape reserves the right to terminate any game session at any time should any of the participants decline to abide by the “Game Rules” or follow instructions from the We xcape staff. There will be no refunds, full or partial, for the termination of your game.
  • Before you use our website, please read and agree to the Privacy Policy.
  • We xcape reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

ANY PARTICIPATION IN WE XCAPE GAME WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE AND ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THESE GAMES.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We know how cancellations can be a pain for some customers (and us), so we decided to simplify the process on how this works. The cancellation policy is time-based.

Here are the terms we mean:

  • The cancellation period starts 2 days (48 hours) before the reservation time and ends at the reservation time.
  • The full booking amount means the entire booking amount.
  • The partial booking amount means the full booking amount after the subtraction of $10 dollars for each person.

We require a notification when you cancel your reservation(s). We accept these means of notifications:

  • In-Person
  • Email
  • Phone Call

By canceling “these” services, you agree that:

  • We will refund a full booking amount when the booking is cancelled before the cancellation period.
  • We will refund a partial booking amount when the booking is cancelled within the cancellation period.

We DO NOT give any refunds under these circumstances:

  • During or after the reservation(s)
  • Redeemed vouchers

RESCHEDULING POLICY

As of all rescheduled bookings, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee when each booking reservation is changed or modified. This reschedule policy applies to all customers and is also time-based.

Here are the terms we mean:

  • The reschedule period starts 2 days (48 hours) before the reservation time and ends at the reservation time.
  • The rescheduling fee means an extra $10 dollars are added for each person.

We require a notification when you reschedule your reservation(s). We accept these means of notifications:

  • In-Person
  • Email
  • Phone Call

By rescheduling “these” services, you agree that:

  • We will levy no rescheduling fee when the booking is rescheduled before the reschedule period.
  • We will levy a rescheduling fee when the booking is rescheduled during the reschedule period.

We CANNOT reschedule under these circumstances:

  • During or after the reservation(s)
