What is the age limit?

WeXcape is a family friendly game however, not all children are alike and may become bored or frustrated; we encourage you to take your child's temperament and attention span into consideration before booking a room with your child.  All 3 of our rooms are semi-dark with muted light which scares and/or intimidates some children who then refuse to play.

Children 5 and under will be admitted for free. Children 6-12 will be required to have an adult in the room with them.

Do you Take Walk-Ins?

We do not take walk-ins on Wednesday or Thursday. You may call to check but we will not guarantee a slot unless you are able to book online. Sunday's may require advance notice.

Also, there is no guarantee on walk-ins on Friday and Saturday. We may be booked up if you have not made advance reservations but if we are able to accommodate you we absolutely will.

What if everyone wants to pay separately?

You will be charged for the amount of people you put into the booking and we have a minimum of 2 people per booking. Each person can book individually as long as they are booking for 2 people. Requests outside of that, please give us a call.


Will we be required to play with other people?

It rarely happens but we cannot guarantee someone will not book the extra slots in your room if you have not booked all 6-8 slots.  If you want to ensure you have the room to yourself we charge a minimal fee to book the extra slots.


What happens if we are late?

Your game will start at the scheduled time so arriving later than 15 minutes prior to the game could result in less time to complete the room.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes after the schedule time you will not be permitted to keep your appointment.  We may allow you to reschedule but we will not offer a refund; this includes anyone in your party who does not show.


Do you give refunds?

You may cancel and receive a full refund or reschedule with 48 hours notice.  We may be able to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, please call or email and we can discuss your specific situation.  Cancellations with less than 48 hours will be charged full price.  No shows will be charged full price.  


Are your rooms wheelchair accessible?

Two of our 3 rooms are ADA compliant however there may be some bending, stooping or kneeling required.  We also use a walkie talkie system to communicate with you and you with us however we are able to deliver clues and answer questions in a text format if anyone in your group is hard of hearing and/or that is what you prefer.  Please call or email if you have specific questions or concerns we can address for you.


What happens if we don’t complete the room?

If time permits we will show you any puzzles you were not able to complete.


How long with it take?

Your total time at the escape room could be up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.  This includes your 15 minute arrival time, time to show any puzzles that may have been missed and hopefully time to take your picture.


Do you offer any discounts for large groups or accommodate for parties?

Please call or email so we can discuss your specific situation.

*****If you and/or your group has been drinking prior to coming to the escape room and appear drunk, we do reserve the right to refuse service and not allow you to complete your booking. This will also count as a last minute cancelation and you will not be given a refund.
