Q: I purchased my Groupon, why doesn’t it work?
A: Look for your Groupon Voucher, it should be a series of 8 capital letters.  To avoid any no shows or cancellations outside of our 48 hour time frame you will still be required to enter your credit card information.  Cancelations outside of the 48 hours and no shows charge $5 per person.  

Q: What if everyone is paying separately?
A: We will make every attempt to be available to take your call so that we can put your credit card on file and then finalize with all parties at the time of the booking.  If you cancel outside of the 48 hours or do not show up, the credit card on file would be charged $5 for each person.

Q: Can we add an extra person if it will overbook the room?         A: No, our rooms are set up to be a capacity but you can split up into more than one room.  

Q: Do you offer group rates?                                                                    A: Yes.  If you have a group of 15-20 or would like to reserve the facility privately please give us a call.  We are available to accommodate lunch/dinner prior to or after you complete your games.  We can also set up for special requests like birthday parties, bachelorette/bachelor parties, etc.
